The objective of this course is to provide students with comprehensive risks management knowledge and skills; and focus on strategic perspective on project management. The course will discuss and explore the concept of project risk management both from strategic and tactical levels. Other topics on advanced project management practices include procurement management quality management, program and portfolio management and agile project management.
